So close to the sea you can hear it! In the heart of Viganj, Villa Rosa offers so much. Set back from the sea you get privacy on the front and rear terraces but close enough to jump in the sea for a swim, go fishing or pop in Karmella Bar for a cold drink, the choice is yours. In season there are 5 bars/restaurants within a 5 minute walk, the village shop is a stone throw away, selling all the basics you should need for your stay. This family owned villa is the perfect family retreat, having the crystal clear Adriatic so close children and adults alike will have a unique and memorable holiday.

Nearest Airport: Dubrovnic at 130 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: The house is only across the road from the sea at 7 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
With the magical Dubrovnic only 2 hours drive away, Split 4 hours and Korcula a 15 minute ferry away (from Korcula connecting ferries can transport you to Hvar, Dubrovnic, Split and Istria making Viganj the perfect holiday base. Unusually for a house of this age and position it has a front and rear garden. The front garden is enclosed and is ideal for sunbathing with the sea being only feet away. The rear garden has a large terrace with table and chairs. Out of the front gate, 6 or 7 steps and you are swimming in the cystal clear Adriatic sea. In Viganj there is windsurfing, scuba diving and kite surfing schools (in main season) as well as 6 great resturants and beach bars.Villages Kuciste and Loviciste are just a short drive from the villa and also have some beutifull resturants. Car hire is best purchased online before travel (Holiday Autos or Europe car seem cheapest). Orebic is only 7 km away with banks, supermarkets, car ferry port and doctors.

  • All bathrooms are newly installed and have floor to ceiling ceramics and mirrors. have new white cotton towels and have only been installed this year. The villa has mains water (many in area do not) and has 4 water heaters so hot water for 10 guests is not a problem.
