Fantastic 2006 villa, close to Disney & shopping malls. Single storey, 4 bed 3 bath villa, fully air conditioned. 1960 ft of living space. Situated on large plot. Can sleep 8+ infant. Master bedroom has Queen bed & large en-suite bathroom & TV, second master has queen bed, TV & en-suite bathroom. 2 twin rooms with TVs share 3rd bathroom. Hairdryers provided. Lounge/formal dining room has 70+ channel TV/DVD/VCR. Free hi-speed w/less internet access. Family room with large comfy sofas has TV/DVD/VCR, Hi-fi & PS2 . Fully fitted games room with pool/table tennis/table football/darts. Fitted kitchen with many appliances & dining table, breakfast bar/bar stools. Patio doors to magnificent private screened heated pool with spa & quality outdoor furniture. Laundry room with large washer & dryer. Beautifully carpeted/tiled throughout and furnished to a very high standard with high quality furniture, fittings and equipment. Cot/playpen, highchair, pushchair provided free of charge. No smoking.

The villa is in a prime location in the prestigious community of Legacy Park; just 10 minutes drive from World Drive the entrance to Disney World. Enter through the gates of Disney into the magical world of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and Animal Kingdom. Drive for a further 10 minutes and you will reach Universal with its fabulous theme parks including Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure with its big, thrill-seeking roller coasters and Wet ‘n’ Wild. Legacy Park is a brand new development of luxury homes, combining residential and holiday homes. It is a very quiet neighbourhood, and our villa is located on the perimeter of the community, with views of the orange groves. It is accessed from the US27, only a mile south of the intersection with Highway 192. For those guests wishing to travel further afield, Interstate 4 is very close by, with Miami and Tampa to the south and downtown Orlando to the north

We’ve been coming to Florida for several years now and we’ve stayed at places such as West gate Lakes Resort & Spa, but we have enjoyed our stay here more than any other. The house was clean, spacious and very tastefully furnished with great décor. The pool was great too. The extras: pool table, darts, games etc really made the kids have a wonderful stay here. a fantastic villa with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation, the villa has lots of space is beautifully furnished throughout, great pool and jacuzzi and is close to all the local shops and disney just a short drive away, we enjoyed everything about our holiday and would definately stay at the villa again, in fact planning another holiday in 2010.
