Large selection of shops and restaurants close by. Games room including pool table Over 2500sq ft of fully air conditioned living space. There is a wide selection of restaurants nearby and also a large Wall-mart ,Publix and Winn Dixie within a 5 minute drive. Being located next to the Interstate 4 (motorway) means you have great access to the rest of central Florida , Busch gardens in Tampa is only 45mins away and the Kennedy Space Centre is about 1 hour. The Florida Mall , The Millennium Mall ,and all the outlet stores are also within easy reach.

What a Great Home

This was the ultimate house for the eight men we had on a golf trip. We all were so comfortable and the heated pool was amazing. The layout of the house was perfect and close to all the golf courses we played. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone staying in the Orlando area as a group or a family trip. The house was also very clean and had everything we needed. We would rent this house again.

Just back from this beautiful place and already wondering when I can get back there!!Golf Clubhouse was only a couple of minutes away and was lovely. They brewed us a great pot of decaf despite the 90degrees outside and the fact that we were not golfing. Did both hotels and villa this trip and def' recommend villa life over hotel suites. 3 kids having loads of space and a room each and a pool to spend hours in and a games room and..............parent heaven!!

Fantastic Villa. Well equipped and plenty of room for all. It is in a great location on Highlands Reserve. Golfers can walk to the superb golf course in less than 2 mins. Publix supermarket and a number of take-aways (pizza, Chinese, Indian a British Fish and Chip shop) are less than 5 mins away as well as a good restaurant (Applebees). Disney parks are around 15 mins away.
Villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is one of the best we have seen at a villa.
All in all, this villa is a home from home and you won't regret staying here.
I would highly recommend this villa to everyone and we are lookig forward to many more holidays there.

Great villa in a brilliant location. Spotlessly clean. Main attractions are close bye, Disney is no more than 10 minutes drive. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance 15 mins. Recommend Applebys bar and grill good food and a riendly atmosphere.

We stayed at this lovely home over the New Year break. It was very well maintained with all the perks you'd want for a nice vacation-game room for the kids, stereo, TV's, heated pool. It was relaxing being away from the crowds in a really nice family oriented community- people out walking, running, off to play golf. There was definitely something for everyone. It was also close enough to the parks that it didn't feel like a trek to and fro- we were back and forth quickly. We totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
