    Discount of 10% of total price if 2 or more consecutive weeks are booked.

    Rentals are for a minimum of 5 nights.

    Prices are inclusive of tourist tax, electricity, water, cleaning, laundering of towels and bed linen.
  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance is payable no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is accepted in UK pounds via cheque, bank transfer or Paypal.
  • €150 security deposit is payable on arrival with meet and greet representative to cover possible damage. Further details will be emailed on receipt of payment.

Prcanj : Prcanj was mentioned in 13th century under the name of Persano or Perzano and it is a homeland of famous Boka´s warriors as well as skillful seamen, who even in the 17th century maintained the first postal traffic between Venice and Carigrad. Presently Prcanj is a treasury of cultural and historical monuments which cause the admiration of their visitors by their architectural design and cultural value.

Kotor: The old town of Kotor is one of the best-preserved medieval towns in this part of the Mediterranean. It has succeeded in preserving its original form, so typical of towns between the 12th and the 14th century. The asymmetric structure of the narrow streets and squares, combined with the numerous valuable monuments of medieval architecture, contributed to Kotor being placed on UNESCO “The world natural and cultural inheritance” list. The cultural inheritance of this town is enriched by the unique architectural styles and the ambient atmosphere. The fortification system of Kotor, which protects it from the sea, is actually a wall 4.5 km long, 20 m high and 15 m wide, and is preserved as one of the world’s historic values.

Budva: Budva is considered one of the oldest settlements in the Balkans. The old town of Budva lies on a little island that was linked to the land by a sandbar and in time turned into a peninsula. It is surrounded by ramparts originating from the 15th century including a medieval fortification system with city gates, defense walls and towers. Inside the walls the town is a combination of narrow streets and little squares with valuable monuments of different Mediterranean cultures that marked its development.

Tastefully decorated, spacious and well equipt apartment. Stunning views from the balcony across the bay, great for watching the many boats that sail past, and for star gazing at night. Extremely peaceful and relaxing. (Aug 2009)
