A big joy of this property is the large terraced areas surrounded by a fenced garden with trees and flowers, that you can enjoy at different times of the day. The roomy terrace is a lovely sheltered spot with shade provided by trees or covered patios, and color provided by potted flowers. There is plenty of room to sunbathe, to enjoy the views and the stunning sunset, or to dine outside; there is also a stone-built barbeque perfect for outdoor cooking. Whether you choose to take your breakfast and meal, or sunbathe by he pool, enjoying the verdant hills and lush countryside, garden furniture and sun beds are at your disposal. There is a small front terrace, off the living room with views to the sea.

Rental rates for the cottage on Skopelos, Greece

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental basis is per property, when occupied by 2 people. Add 10% per every extra person. Bed-linen and towels changed, cottage cleaned mid-week. Pool cleaned every two days. All water, electricity and taxes included. We will be waiting for you at Skopelos harbour to transfer you to the cottage and show you how everything works. The local transfer from the port to the 'Cottage' is included in the rent.
  
• BOOKING CONDITIONS: Upon receipt of your Enquiry Form (see below) we will send you a prompt answer via email and we would make a preliminary reservation for seven days. Confirm your flight reservation and inform us via email. In order to hold your reservation, we will need to receive your deposit which covers 30% of your charge. You may send us your deposit by a Money Order from your local Bank. For early bookings we accept personal cheques. Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive confirmation of your booking and travel details with time tables of hydrofoils, etc. via email. We would send a written and signed certification for the reservation of the cottage, if client requests so. Balance of invoice is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.
  
• CAR RENTAL: We are willing to arrange car rental for you. FIAT SEICENTO (from 150 to 280 euros per week) or SUZUKI 4WD (ask for prices). Car rental includes: Unlimited kilometres, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) 700 euro, Local Taxes plus VAT, 24 Hour Assistance.
