La Coyere nestles in a rural hamlet, a 5 minute drive from our local market town of Noyant with shops, bars & restaurants. Ideally situated to explore the famous chateaux, kyaking, fishing, golf, cycling, wine tastings & local markets. The Cottage (sleeps 4) & Wine Store (perfect for 2) are set in our picturesque farmhouse courtyard, in 3.5 acres of meadow with a 9m x 4m swimming pool with large decked terrace and Boules court. The self catering gites have been recently refurbished to a high standard, retaining character features and are tastefully furnished. The gites have newly fitted kitchens with gas oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and satellite TV/DVD/CD players in the living rooms. Full electric heating and a wood burner stove in The Cottage. Private garden areas, patio furniture & BBQ. Meals prepared on arrival & during your stay by arrangement. There is secure storage for bikes if you bring your own, or we have 2 bikes to hire. Owners on site.

Originally a farm workers cottage, now recently refurbished, retaining character features such as exposed beams and tiled floors. Enter through the stable door to the kitchen/diner, with a wood burner stove set in the original tuffeau stone fireplace. Solid oak kitchen units, dresser & dining room table with leather chairs lends a touch of luxury to the well equipped, newly fitted kitchen. Next door is the living room with satellite TV/DVD/CD player with stairs up to the stunning king size bedroom with cathedral vaulted ceiling. The twin bedded bedroom leads off the living room and the bathroom is off the kitchen/diner. There is a private garden area with patio furniture & BBQ. There is ample parking in the farmhouse courtyard. A few essentials await you on your arrival and meals can be prepared for you during your stay by arrangement.
