Family home situated in the Lot Valley, South West France, bordering on the river Dordogne. In a small picturesque village called Le Roc.In walking distance to the river . The house stands in 2000 sq m of private garden surrounded by walnut groves with its own private 5 x 8 pool with plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture. It is a large 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, one en suite and a cloakroom. Very well equipped newly installed kitchen and utility. French doors leading to sun terrace with BBQ area. Owners nearby to offer assistance. The market town of Souillac just 5 mins drive and good access to beautiful villages such as Roccamadour.

Just 15 km from the medieval town of Gourdon and a half hour drive from large markets towns such as Sarlat and Brive, an excellent location to discover this beautiful region of France.
