Located on a small quiet development of 40 properties between Pernera and Kapparis. The main resort of Protaras, with the renowned Fig Tree Bay beach and it's clear turquoise waters, has an abundance of bars and restaurants and is about 2.5km from the Villa and the town of Paralimni is 5 minutes away by car. This is where the majority of the locals live and has a full range of shopping and banking facilities, a number of churches and a delightful square with a choice of bars to have a drink, relax and watch the world go by. Further afield the cosmopolitan resort of Ayia Napa, with it's monastery and picturesque harbour, is a 15 minute drive. Other attractions nearby include Famagusta view point, Cape Greko National Park, the fishing village of Leopetri, the medieval monastery at Frenaros, and the village of Dherynia. A 20 minute walk will take you to the bars and restaurants in Pernera/Kapparis so everything is easily accessible if you choose not to hire a car.

Although Protaras closes from November to March the bars and restaurants in Pernera and Kapparis remain open and with Paralimini catering for local residents a full range of shopping and banking facilities are available. Notes to the rental rates

  • A £200 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance plus a £200 security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days providing you leave the propertyin the same condition as you found it with all belongings in place and in working order. Any damages/faults must be reported to our management company at the earliest opportunity who will be more than happy to help you at any time.
  • Air Conditioning is included at no extra charge, freshly laundered towels and linen are provided for use within the Villa and beds will be made prior to your arrival. The weekly rental includes cleaning of the Villa prior to your arrival and after you leave, an essentials welcome pack can be provided for an additional charge which would be payable with your balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged if required, this will be pre booked and paid for on arrival.

  • The main bathroom has a power pump fitted which gives a wonderful exhilarating shower, the exclusion of a bath has created a spacious shower enclosure which is tiled and has a towel rail. The main bathroom also has a wash basin, mirror, shelf with decorative rail and a shaver point. Downstairs there is a WC/cloakroom fully tiled and there is an outside shower in the rear garden.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bedside table with reading lamp, and a dressing table with chair and mirror. There are windows to two sides with one side having a sea view. All linen is supplied and both bedrooms have air conditioning, a clock radio and hair dryer.

Notes:

Sun lounger's are for use around the patio and pool area, towels for sunbathing are not provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa although we have no objection to smoking in the garden/patio area as long as stubs are not left on the ground. Smoke alarms are fitted downstairs and at the top of the stairs, a small fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen area. Mixed couples and families are welcome but we do not accept bookings for single sex parties. Our local property management company are available to help with any problems or emergencies and they will be there when you arrive at the property to show you round the Villa and explain how everything works. There is also an information file to help you settle into the property which gives details of where to find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and entertainment in the local area. A private area in front of the property is available to park a vehicle should you choose to hire a car during your stay

Car Hire

Car hire is very reasonable in Cyprus and the roads are a good standard with the added bonus that they drive on the left and road signs are generally in English, if you intend to explore the island during your stay then you will need a car. To hire a car you will need a driving licence and be over 21 years old, considerable savings can be made by booking in advance and the Internet provides the best starting point. However if you just want a relaxed week around the Villa then there are enough bars and restaurants within a 20 minute walk and the nearest beach is only 15 minutes away.

Please be advised that no single sex bookings are accepted, as our villa caters for couples and children only. This is a family owned villa on a quiet development and we would like you to enjoy and appreciate the property and surroundings as much as we do. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a booking has been made stating a different number of occupants or incorrect disclosures have been made.
