The apartment allows you to feel the emotion of living in a 17th century house completely restructured. The apartment has been redecorated with great care maintaining anyway the original charm: the walls have been treated, according to the Venetian tradition, with an exceptional mineral stucco of great effect and the tall ceiling is made of wooden beams. Elegantly furnished, it is located on the first floor off the street level (would be the second floor in the USA - no elevator) and houses a double sofa bed (200x140cm) and a lovely dining area. Above one corner of the room is a mezzanine (h 130cm) with a full size bed (190x160 cm). Under the loft a wide bathroom with shower and washing machine. Satellite TV, air conditioning, a big safety box and well equipped kitchen (with dish washer machine, microwave oven, coffee machine) completes the main facilities. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four persons, feeling at home away from home.

You are in the heart of the Roman Baroque, definitely. Not only baroque: around each corner you find many traces of the ancient Rome. This 45sqm apartment is just 30 mt from Piazza Navona, the ancient Domitian Stadium, whose elliptic geometry makes the area one of the most amazing and exciting places in Rome, enriched by masterpieces from Bernini, Borromini, Giacomo Della Porta, some of the greatest Baroque Maestri. The apartment is also very close (20 mt) to the Church of Santa Maria della Pace with its Cloister designed by Bramante.

From this strategic place, in only two minutes walk, you can get other extraordinary and famous places as the Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, Campo de Fiori and a lot of monumental Churches. Within easy walking distance many other as the Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi, Torre Argentina, Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Campidoglio designed by Michelangelo and (less than 2 Km far) St. Peter’s Basilica, Coliseum and the Imperial Forums.

How to get the apartment: How to get the flat without catching a taxi:----- FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT: Take the no-stop train “Leonardo Express” to Termini railway station, which leaves the Airport from 6:36 a.m. to 23:36 p.m. every 30 min. ----- FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT: Take the bus connection to Termini Railway Station------ FROM TERMINI RAILWAY STATION bus N64 (getting out at Corso-Vittorio-Emanuele/Navona stop).

Surrounding Area: In the apartment area you find a lot of antique shops (e.g. in Via dei Coronari), restaurants, historical outdoors cafes (e.g Bar della Pace), pubs and wine shops open up to late night. This area is very well connected by public transport. Close to Piazza Navona (from Corso Rinascimento, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Largo di Torre Argentina and Piazza Venezia) you can catch the following bus lines going or passing close to many touristic places. Before getting a bus please check its tour since it could undergo changes.

The second time at Studio della Pace!!!

Last year we had the lucky chance to spend our vacation at Studio della Pace enjoying it so much to want stay there also this year when we went to Rome for another fabulous week and again this time we fell in love with Studio della Pace, immaculated and cleaned as the first time. No need to say how outstanding the location is and how thorough, genuine, and kind was our host. Studio della Pace is our home in Rome, definitely!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Ideal location

My family of 4 were very happy to stay in this apartment that is so close to everything. It was lovely to have a relaxing gelato in Piazza Navona at the end of a busy day's sightseeing!

Fabrizio explained everything about the apartment very clearly. The description in the website was accurate. It was nice and quiet and close to minimarkets where we could buy everything we needed for easy cooking. The surrounding area is also very pleasant with its cobbled streets and great architecture. Fabrizio's map directions made it easy to find the building.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

Long Week-end in Rome

We had a good time and enjoyed our stay for the long week-end in the Studio della Pace Piazza Navona. Thanks to Fabrizio. Its has a real charming atmost-phere and everyday you could have fresh fruit from the market just downstair in-front of the Studio. Very close for transport and everything and specially a few steps to the Piazza Navona for a night ballade. I would for sure recommends the Studio if ever I have friends to visit Rome.

Locatio Location Location

We spent a lovely four days here in July, it is in a great area within walking distance of nearly all the sights. Outside the door in the morning are two fruit and veg stalls and opposite a nice grocery shop, couldn't be more convenient. All around is an abundance of good bars and restaurants, our favourites were Da Francesco, Ditirambo, and Bernini and of course Gelateria del Teatro for gorgeous ice-cream, a must!
The apartment is vert well equipped and very clean. The sofa bed was actually very comfortable, as was the mezzanine. Fabrizio was very professional and always answered e mails. He arranged our pick up from airport, we were dropped right outside the door. When we arrived Fabrizio took a long time to explain everything and answer all our questions, we felt confident that if we had any problems he would be there to help, thankfully we didn't.
Hopefully we will come back to Rome and this apartment soon!

Excellent location

"We were in the apartment for three nights in February with my wife and two teenage daughters, the location is fantastic, the department is well equipped for four people, is very welcoming, and Fabrizio was always that we need it, it really was when we arrived after we did not need, though we had provided a mobile device to call in every situation. Excellent apartment, we toured Rome on foot, you're in the heart of Rome, close to everything. "
