You will have all the luxuries of a exclusive resort during your stay in this private gated community,including access to the lakeside pool, hot tub, business center, tennis courts, exercise room & 2 gas grills located in the lakeside pool cabana area. Enjoy watching the sun set over any one of the 3 beautiful community lakes.. Master bedroom has a romantic modern king size canopy bed, and has double sinks in the en- suite bathroom. Guest room offers a deluxe queen sized bed,and also offers en-suite bathroom. 50' wall mounted flat screen plasma tv in living room area, & separate den area. Ahh this is Paradise!

Notes to the rental rates

• We accept payment in the form of all major CREDIT CARDS and BANK TRANSFERS
  SUN & FUN SPECIAL RATES ARE FOR 2-4 PERSONS, RATES FOR 5 OR MORE GUESTS IS SLIGHTLY HIGHER*
  *A deposit of 50% of total rental rate is required to secure weekly rental(or a deposit of 75% of total rate for longer stays) payment must be received within 72 hours of rental confirmation.
  *A cancellation fee of 50% applies for all bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to rental date. 100% cancellation fee applies for all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to rental date.
  *Damage deposit is $1,200 cash, personal check or cashiers check on day of arrival.
  *$900 (75%)will be returned to you in full on your day of departure if no visible damages have taken place.
  The final $300 (remaining 25%)will be returned to you via check in the post within 7 days of your departure if we find the property contents to be in perfect condition after our cleaning & inspection team have RE-POSHED the property.
  
• We offer you the chance to just relax....be pampered and truly enjoy your holiday from the start. - Relax right from the beginning with no rental car costs , hassles & no driving or parking problems! We will arrange for collection from your arrival airport (Miami or Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach) by chauffeured town car or limo, and back at the end of your stay. Use of chauffeured car for sightseeing & special events. We can also arrange for local car rental once you have settled into your new home away from home, at great rates should you want to venture out on your own.Contact us for prices and other details . Gourmet dinner each evening by the pool, on the beach, or in your rental can also be arranged. Complimentary fresh flowers, champagne and strawberries on arrival!

Also this area is fantastic for nature enthusiasts and excellent bird watching & eco tours to observe some of the local wildlife, such as otters, deer, foxes, raccoons, alligators, bobcats, & over 140 species of birds which have been identified in the area including the Bald Eagle, Blue Heron and the Osprey. Our favourite nature park is Jonathan Dickinson State Park!
