Set in the beautiful treed area of Le Chateau and just 10 minutes walk to all other amenities of Les Houches. With two bedrooms, balcony, parking (covered and external), new kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, full oven, microwave, TV DVD. This apartment is just 3-5 minutes walk from the new La Prarion Telecabine leading to the fantastic Les Houches ski area. Also on the door step is Lac Chavant Park with its lake, children’s play area, tennis courts, tree top trail, rock climbing crag and many beautiful short walks. Situated in the Chamonix Valley, the beautiful Alpine village of Les Houches is just 5 minutes drive from Chamonix town centre. Les Houches is just one hour drive away from Geneva airport and with easy access from the motorway. This apartment makes for a great winter and summer location.
