Chateau Des Seigneurs - chateau France for rent

This chateau in Charente with private pool and tennis court was rebuilt in the 19th century on the site of the ancient residence of the Seigneur of Dougnes. During the 1990s it has undergone complete restoration and refurbishment. Despite its proportions, it has a cosy feel, the charming pepperpot towers adding character to the pretty façade. The facilities at the chateau in Charentes are superb, with a heated pool, 'plexipave' tennis court and riding stables on site. Golfers can enjoy the excitement of 'heli-golfing'; a private helicopter can pick you up from the chateau's own heliport and whisk you to one of a number of selected golf courses in the Bordeaux/Cognac region.
