This French villa with shared pool is located just outside the perfume town of Grasse on a large domain of some 38ha. Built in a bungalow style over just one level, the property is compact but ideal for a small family wishing to enjoy the local facilities on offer in the domain whilst being within easy driving distance of the many fascinating towns and villages of this part of the Cote d' Azur. The nearest beach is at Cannes, just 12km. The property has been carefully furnished throughout with an attractive décor, whilst the kitchen & all the modern conveniences are stylish and new. The property is fully air-conditioned. The garden is small, but has outside seating & is well planted with cactus, olive trees & magnolia. The surrounding domain however is spacious & all facilities are offered free of charge (with payment of a refundable deposit).
