The villa stands on three floors, with high ceilings throughout giving a light, spacious feel. The mature gardens include several magnificent large palm trees. This French village villa is well situated in a mature residential area just 7 minutes walk from the centre of the village of La Croix Valmer on the Cote d'Azur, which offers a small selection of shops and restaurants.
