This former presbytery, restored as a Moissac farmhouse with pool, is built of local stone and situated in a rural location with views across the countryside. The property has been refurbished to provide a comfortable home retaining all the original ambience and charm. The stone walls keep the house cool in the summer and the woodburner in the kitchen is perfect for colder days. Visit Moissac with its Romanesque abbey and cloisters and weekend market. Valence d' Agen hosts a Tuesday morning market where you will find excellent local produce. Not far from Valence is a 9-hole golf course. Agen, famous for its prunes, is also worth a visit. The theme park Parc Walabi is close to this Moissac farmhouse with pool and is popular with children and adults alike. Cahors with its good selection of shops, Saturday market and the famous Pont Valentre Bridge. Sample the regional food in the numerous restaurants and sample regional food at its best washed down with a hearty bottle of Cahors wine!!
