Situated on a private domaine just outside the village of Grimaud, this stunning French villa enjoys wonderful sea views towards St Tropez and Port Grimaud. Having been recently modernised, the property is comfortably decorated throughout with careful attention to detail. The living area is light and airy with French doors opening to the garden and a covered terrace, whilst from the kitchen is access to a terrace with a built in barbecue. The bedrooms are similarly well appointed, some of them with views, whilst the master bedroom has its own small terrace.

Activities are plentiful in the immediate area surrounding this French villa including golf at Beauvallon, tennis in the domaine itself and of course a host of maritime activities at the beaches of Port Grimaud and the famous Pampelonne bay. There are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Ramatuelle, Plan de la Tour and La Garde Freinet within striking distance of the villa that host weekly markets or have a variety of gastronomic restaurants, meaning day trips can become an exceptional pleasure. This French villa is ideal to experience the best of the south of France. Grimaud 1.5 miles. Cogolin 5 mins,.Beauvallon 10 mins. St Tropez & Gassin 15 min. Pampelonne beach (Club 55 & Tahiti plage) 20 min. St Endreol (golf) 45 min. Toulon/Hyeres airport 45 min, Cannes, Nice (airport), Aix-en-Provence all approx 1 hr 30 min. Go Karting, golf, tennis, horse riding within 10 minutes
