The property comfortably sleeps sixteen and has elegantly furnished living areas and period antiques, with good views across the surrounding valley. The property has typical Tuscan charm, with either beamed or vaulted ceilings and tiled floors. There is a winter garden with a billiard table available located in a light, airy room. The property is comprised of a main house and an annexe containing two ensuite bedrooms. This large villa near Siena is of an exceptional standard and is highly recommended.

Monticchiello (4 kms for nearest restaurant/bar), Pienza 6 kms (wider selection of restaurants, grocers etc), Montepulciano 15 mins, Montalcino, Siena (45 min), Perugia, Orvieto, Cortona all about 1 hr, Florence 1hr 30 min, Rome 2 hrs 15min airports: Pisa 2hrs 40 min, Florence 1hr 30 min, Rome 2hr 15 min. Possible airports: Ancona 3 hrs.
