Notes to the rental rates

• The rental rates are for the villa per week and up to 10 persons. there will be an extra charge for each extra person. Children under four years old are not regarded as extra persons.
  For the low season only, we are considering offering the main 4 bedroom house and also the 1 bedroom annexe, separately with rates for each, adjusted accordingly. The annexe can also be rented during the winter season, when we are living in the main house, please enquire as the available dates are not shown on the above chart.. The annexe can sleep 4 with extra bed/beds in the living/utility room.
  The annexe is being refurbished through winter 2007/8 to upgrade all its facilities.
  The main house will have a pool table for the 2008 season.

OUTSIDE

Large gardens enclosed by mature trees and shrubs, provide a sheltered setting with a succession of floral colour throughout the season, to just relax, away from it all. The 10 x 5m pool is located in the south garden with tiled surround and lawns. Garden furniture provides 10 sun beds, 3 tables, numerous chairs and a choice of many outside social spaces. The Wooden Chalet/summer house with its decking in the pool garden, offers a shady area with comfortable seating, both inside and out. Two built in BBQ areas, one in the rear courtyard and one by the wooden chalet. near the pool, help keep the outdoor entertainment going well into the evenings. All weather table tennis table, Indoor Pool Table, petanque, badminton/volleyball net can be erected to fixings in place by the pool. Various inflatables for the pool. The pine tree by the pool has a Tarzan swing offering fun for the children and also a hammock. There is a good selection of indoor and board games. The Algarve is ull of golf courses, 28 courses at the last check, in idyllic locations, suited to all playing levels and abilities. From 9 holes to championship courses, whatever your golfing prowess may be, the perfect course is waiting to be discovered. Why not rent Casa Do mel where you can indulge in your favourite pastime in almost guaranteed sunshine, while the rest of the family can happily relax by the pool, then later, you can rejoin them at the villa. Equipment

Air conditioning: All bedrooms have air conditioning and also the lounge/dining area. The use of this recently added facility is provided at no extra cost. These units can be used to heat the room as well as cool. For babies: 1 Cot, 1 high chair, 1 buggy, baby monitor, potty. Any additional items can be rented directly from the management housekeeper upon arrival or by request when booking. Car seats are not supplied but these can be hired from your car hire company if requested in good time. There is a good selection of Cd's for the stereo music centre and also a selection of films on dvd. Freeview satellite TV is provided through a sky digital receiver and it is recommended that you bring you own viewing card, if you are a sky subscriber, to extend your choice of channels.
