Beautiful garden (8 ha) with large swimming pool, small river with bridges, several historical buildings on terrain s.a. old mill. Very interesting surroundings: history & nature. Walks start in your own backyard, golf, tennis, canoeing, horseback riding, even flying nearby! Lovely decorated in romantic style, all modern comfort. Large living room with splendid log fire, separate large playing room (billiard-table, soccer game, old piano), conservatory, library in the tower, 5 charming bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra toilet. Self-catering, all-equipped kitchen ,bbq, - but great restaurants nearby and great caterer in the village .Separate guesthouse 'Cantegrel' just opposite to the villa for rent only together with mansion . Your own castle for you and your family, dating from the 14th century, on 8 ha of beautiful grounds with historical buildings and a large swimming pool. In the old days there was a small hamlet for iron makers ; the remains can still be found on the grounds. The house is located in a beautiful surrounding and in the middle of medieval villages. Some are bastides,and all are known for their beautiful romantic streets and alleys. Sarlat, a world famous medieval town, is at a 30 minutes-ride. Many castles, such as the one Josephine Baker has lived in are within 30 km.. Children love the nature parks and grotto's .Inside the house you will find enough to enjoy if you want to stay at home for a day: Good books, plays in the separate playing room, table-tennis in the attic, table-billiard etc. Of course a BBQ is available for our guests. And, especially in autumn: the great fireplace were you can roast your self-found chestnuts, Of course, wood is in abundance available for your fire
