A modern, luxury 2 bedroom terraced villa with spectacular sea views, situated close to the heart of Praia da Luz, less than 800 m from the beach. The stunning beach, sandstone cliffs, restaurants and shops are all within a 10 minute walk, and golfers have a choice of 4 major courses within a 15 minute drive. The villa has 3 balconies capturing all day sun, with amazing views of Luz village with its quaint cobble stone streets and historical church. There is an additional private terrace at the very top of the house from which you will have the opportunity to enjoy the spectacular sunsets the region has come to be known for. There is an en suite bathroom, an en suite shower room and a downstairs toilet, English TV channels, dishwasher and washing/drying machine and fridge/freezer. The villa is fully air conditioned, has a gas fireplace, underfloor heating, electric shutters, individual parking space and private swimming pool. It is a wonderful villa situated 6 km west of Lagos.

The villa is 8 minutes walk to the centre of the picturesque village of Praia da Luz with it's pretty beach, local supermarkets and range of shops, cafés and restaurants. Praia da Luz has a lovely blue flag beach and many other beaches are a short drive away. There are many golf courses nearby. The Boavista course is only 5 min drive from the apartment. The Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort is only 15 minutes drive and this offers a beautiful course set in low foothills. The famous Palmares golf course which is a 15 mins drive, which has 5 unique links holes along the back of the dunes. The villa is approximately 50 minutes drive from Faro airport. Car hire is readily available from Faro and taxis or car hire can be arranged on request. There is a taxi rank a 8 minute walk from the apartment and buses run regularly to the larger town of Lagos. All the local amenities are within easy walking distance to the villa.

Notes: Access to house has 3 steps to front door patio area. There are small flights of stairs leading up to the upstairs bedrooms so will not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All linen and towels are provided and maid service is once a week. Please bring your own beach towels. The apartment has air-con in dining room, both bedrooms and living room. This air-con also provides heating during the winter months and, in addition, all rooms and bathrooms have underfloor heating. The living room also has a gas fireplace. A travel cot, high chair or extra bed can be hired through our management company at a small extra cost.

What a fantastic holiday we had in Luz! The weather was brilliant and the villa was absolutely beautiful. The seaviews from the balcony were breathtaking. We also loved the private pool and barbeque area - the kids were rarely out of the pool! The villa itself was beautifully furnished and fully kitted out with everything we needed.

The Luz beach, bars and restaurants were all so close and the people were very friendly and welcoming. We also took the short bus ride to Lagos to see the marina and of course for more shopping, etc.

The cliff walk from Luz to Burgau is stunning - definitely a must! We'll be back!!
