Luxury studio apartment with pool view on the ground floor. Royal Palm is a small Andalucian style site set in beautiful gardens. The apartment is furnished to the highest standard with a covered terrace with two sofas, king sized sofa bed, two single beds, washing machine, two fridges, microwave, safe, water filter tap, full oven with grill & 4 ceramic hobs. All bedding and towels are colour co-ordinated. There is a steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cafetiere, toaster, cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan - plus an extra fan just in case. All pillows are feather and there is a good supply of extra bedding if required. The terrace is a perfect place to stretch out and relax on the sofas with fairy lights in the flower arrangement, & lots of lanterns for candles (provided). There are two swimming pools (one heated from October to March) & a small children's pool - right outside the terrace. Royal Palm has a lifeguard on duty at the pools from 9:00am till 6:00pm

Royal Palm is the perfect site for families and couples. It is only a few minutes walk to nearby supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars. With only a 10 minute walk to the sea and the centre of Los Cristianos there is something for everyone. The Bus Station is only a short walk away, with services cheap and plentiful - you can catch a bus to almost anywhere on the island. Las Americas is easily accessible on foot or by taxi for shopaholics and party animals. Tours are available that offer boat trips, jeep safaris, water skiing - even to the theatre at Las Americas.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rate is based on two people sharing at a cost of £200 per week. A cleaning charge is added of 45 euros (or Sterling equivalent at the time) for a one week booking but waived when booked for 2 weeks or more - ie: 2 weeks for up to 2 people £400.00. Extra guests are charged at £25.00 per week per person.
    For bookings that are not complete weeks, ie 9 days, 10 days etc take the total 7 night rate based on the number of persons, divide by 7 and multiply by the number of nights you wish to stay.
    Extra discounts are given for bookings of three weeks or more. A DEPOSIT OF £50 PER WEEK IS REQUIRED TO SECURE THE BOOKING.
  • There is no charge for the use of the washing machine but we recommend you take your own preferred tablets of laundry powder. There is a laundry facility on site (under Rosie's Cantina) with two washing machines and two tumble dryers at a cost of 4 euros each per session.

Notes: The kitchen area has two new fridges - this means you have plenty of room for all of your drinks as well as plenty of cool food storage space. A water filter tap has been fitted next to the sink - no need to carry heavy water bottles from the supermarket! . The washing machine is there for you to use - however, take your own washing powder or tablets as finding popular UK brands can be difficult. A new microwave was also added in July 2007. There is a large assortment of pans available - including an egg poacher, cafetiere, 4 piece toaster and a full set of matching crockery & cutlery for four people - and obviously plenty of glasses, cooking utensils etc, including a large flask jug - just in case you want to take a pot of tea to the beach! This is an exceptionally spacious studio apartment with more than enough room for four people. A new wall mounted 32 inch Sony Bravia flat screen TV and new DVD player was installed in December 2008.

Flights: The days of last minute deals seem to be over. Book early to get the best prices. Really shop around by using sites such as http://www.travelsupermarket.com Taxis from Tenerife Airport are approx 20 euros each way and takes 15 - 20 minutes.

An Enchanting Oasis!

My sister and I spent a week in this apartment in October, 2009. The apartment description as advertised caught our eye in the first place but the reality greatly exceeded our expectations! This is an absolute gem of a property! We woke up every morning to sunshine, had a swim in the beautiful pool just outside and then enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. A short stroll downhill brought us to the promenade where we walked most days to Los Cristianos and beyond. There is an excellent supermarket close by the apartment along with lots of little bars and restaurants. Rosie's Cantina, the restaurant in the complex is bustling and the food there is excellent as it is also in Taylor's Lounge close by. To come home every evening to our quiet little oasis where we relaxed over a cool drink on the balcony was just bliss. Before we departed for our holiday, Eileen was very helpful in sending us lots of information about the complex, the apartment and the local amenities and this proved to be extremely helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and we commend Eileen for her fantastic attention to detail.

Excellent holiday apartment

Had a lovely weeks holiday in September. The apartment is wonderful, home from home and so clean and just a few yards from all the excellent bars and restaurants.
From the time of booking our holiday Eileen has been fantastic, she telephoned us to make sure we had arrived safely and the apartment was as expected, which it was and more.
Would definately recommend the apartment, complex and resort to friends. We loved it so much have booked to go back next year.

Brilliant Birthday Bash!!

I have just had my fourth visit to this appartment but have only just been dragged into the 21st Century with the Internet!! The apartment is ideally situated on a first class, beautifully maintained complex. The apartment is spotlessly clean and is very much a home from home - rather than an impersonal hotel room. The water filter, washing machine and safe are welcome and appreciated bonuses - especially when accompanied by children. My granddaughter expecially loved being right beside the childrens pool. It is not too far to walk down town and there are now lots of bars and restaurents to choose from only a few minutes walk away. It is restful and quiet in the evening, especially on the terrace with candles and a glass of wine - we were never disturbed by home-coming revellers. On this occasion I went with a friend to celebrater our birthdays - there was much to do, much to enjoy and a great time was had by all.

A well recommended apartment - whether you are with small children, or wrinklies like us - just out for a great time.

A brilliant holiday in first class surroundings!!

Great Studio !

Myself and my 17 year old daughter stayed in Eileen’s studio or five weeks in July and August. The studio had everything we needed and more.
The complex is very quiet so if you don’t want to venture out every night you aren’t woken up by people coming back in.
The pool area is very clean and tidy, even in the middle of summer the pool doesn’t get crowded; you can normally get a sun bed if you want one. We didn’t sunbathe very often as it was exceptionally hot when we were there so we tended to swim more than sunbathe.
There is plenty of bars within a few minutes walk from the complex, also the spar is just round the corner, as is a super excursion/money exchange shop that also does a really cheap taxi to the airport (it cost us 15euros for two people).
Thanks for a wonderful stay in your studio.

Fantastic Holiday!!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in this apartment and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is immaculately clean and well kept and has everything you could wish for. Everything is as described and you won't be disappointed.

Royal Palm is in a lovely location within a nice 15-20 minute stroll to the main centre of town, there are many bars along the way which help with the climb back up to the complex!!

The pool area was very well maintained and very relaxing, Jorge the Lifeguard is lovely, our 3yr old daughter loved being in the pool.

We ate out most evenings and could not fault a little place called The Bistro for evening meal at a set price of 7 euro, also another favorite was Kiki-Riki. The Abora along the seafront do a lovely full english breakfast for 2.75 euro - can't go wrong!

The Beverley Hill complex opposite Royal Palm do a lovely snack menu and is ideal for a break away from the pool for a Club Sandwich and cold beer at lunch time! They also have some fun caberet evenings - try to catch Bitter & Twisted - but don't sit in the front row!

When in Tenerife, you MUST go to Sian Park - it is a fantastic day out, as is Loro Park - both well worth the money.

Thank you Eileen for everything, we had the most amazing holiday and Holly loved all the extras that you left for her.

We are saving hard to come again next year!!
