This newly built luxury apartment on the ground floor of a chalet-style block is ideal for exploring the picturesque village of Chateau D'Oex as well as neighbouring Gstaad, Rougement and Saanen. Accommodation comprises an open plan living area/kitchen, leading to a bedroom and bathroom with bath and power shower. The sofa folds out easily into a comfortable bed. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher, there is also a TV with cable channels (including UK terrestrial), DVD player and DVDs in the living area. French doors open onto the terrace, where a table and chairs are provided. Guests also have full use of the indoor pool, sauna/steam and gym with stunning views of the mountains! There is a bar/lounge with board games, roulette table, library and WI-FI access. Chateau D'Oex is an all year resort with skiing in winter and walking and mountain biking in summer as well as numerous other activities on offer. It is also home to the famous balloon festival each January

Château d’Oex is in many ways the quintessential Swiss alpine resort. Nestled on the south side of a valley amongst the French-speaking Alps, the town is the picture of a quaint ski village. To the west is the medieval village of Gruyères, world famous for its cheese; to the east, the international glamour resort Gstaad. Château d’Oex has a vast array of activities all year round. Skiing and snowboarding are the most popular activities here, with plenty of trails for both the novice and the advanced skier. Advanced skiers will have plenty to keep them busy. In fact, a Château d’Oex ticket enables you to ski the entire Gstaad 'Super Ski Region.' Visiting during the summer? No problem, the same ticket enables visitors to experience summer skiing on the gentle Diablerets glacier.

THE RENTAL RATE is based on 2 people sharing the apartment. The rate INCLUDES use of all facilities (pool,
sauna, gym, ski room), central heating, hot water and electricity. The rate DOES NOT INCLUDE: End of Rental Cleaning (100 Sfr). This separate charge is payable to the rental manager at the end of your stay. SHORT STAYS. A charge of £25 is added to the total cost of your stay. A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT of 200 Sfr is payable to the rental manager on arrival. This will be returned after a satisfactory inspection by our manager.

The one bedroom apartment is ideal for 2. For each extra guest there is an additional charge of £25 per person per week. The apartment is not suitable for letting to parties of 4 adults or couples with 2 children over 13 years old.
