Charming traditional villa, large grounds & private pool
This charming traditional 'finca-style' 3 bedroomed accommodation is set in a quiet cul de sac, yet is only minutes from shops, bars, restaurants and sandy beaches. The complex comprises a self catering villa with modern kitchen & bathroom plus a separate twin bedded studio with shower room and small kitchenette. In the main property, there is a double bedroom and twin bedded room, with living /dining area seating 6 people. A sofa converts into a small second double bed and there is a cot available on request. A separate utility room houses the washing machine etc: The mature grounds are very spacious, offering a full sized pool with roman steps and large patio area with lovely green lawns dotted with fruit trees and palms. There are also several sitting out areas, some pleasantly shaded from the hot sun with barbeque and table tennis table provided. The property is approached via a large gate and driveway and there is ample parking for 2-3 vehicles.

The property is a couple of kilometres from the popular family resort of La Barossa with both safe sandy beaches including showers and children's play areas, and attractive coves backed by rocky cliffs and pine trees. The old historic village of Sancti Petri offers water sports and Nova Sancti Petri is a purpose built golf and leisure resort. Horse riding, cycling and Turkish Baths are all available locally. There are numerous tavernas, cafes and restaurants and good shopping centres, particularly in the market town of Chiclana and in the new shopping mall in San Fernando. It is a short drive to romantic white hilltop villages, Medina & Vejer. Jerez, the Sherry capital, has many bodegas and historic Cadiz with its Cathedral & cobbled streets should not be missed. Beyond Jerez is the National Park of Donana which has boat trips to see birds & wildlife exclusive to the area. Gibraltar, Tangiers in Morocco & the magnificent city of Seville are also within reach for a day trip.

We had a very relaxing holiday in your villa. Kirsty loved having her own little apartment and we all made great use of the pool to cool off. We loved the area and especially enjoyed Cadiz and La Barossa. E.Folan...
We all had a wonderful holiday at Flordeiris, the house, pool, gardens were perfect for a relaxing family break. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need.The beaches nearby were perfect for the children, it was an ideal base for exploring the area. Now that we have discovered the Costa de la Luz, we will certainly go back! P. Johns
