This charming apartment is right on the Oceanfront, with a terrific view of the South Coast. It is perfect for your Barbados Holiday. This self-catering, quality apartment is for Adults only.No children please. The bedroom is air conditioned, and features a king size teak bed. Cable TV is installed, & an attractive pool is at your doorsteps, The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen,including ice maker in the fridge. Just a short walk away is Cotton Cliff beach, or the larger Enterprise Beach, also called Miami Beach, one of the nicest beaches in Barbados. The town of Oistins is also within walking distance, with a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bank, Post Office, Bus Terminal, and numerous local shops, bars & pubs. Oistins is also home to the famous Fish Fry at nights, where you can dine on fresh local fish in a relaxed and safe setting, at low prices. The Barbados Golf Club is a few minutes by car, & features a 18 hole course open to Visitors. A perfect Barbados Holiday.

Just a short walk to Miami Beach and the Town of Oistins, famous for the Fish Fry at night and Several local bars and pubs. Cotton Cliff Apartment is close to the action but all you will hear is the sound of the surf crashing on the rocks 80 feet away from your Vacation Apartment .From Oistins, you can travel by bus or minibus in less than 5 mins to St Lawrence Gap, where there are numerous Restaurants and a lot of nightlife. Golf is available at the nearby Barbados Golf Club. The safe and quiet neighbourhood of Atlantic Shores is 100 feet away, and is perfect for walking, or jogging. The Hotel Little Arches is within walking distance and features a prize winning Restaurant, Cafe Luna. The bay in front of the apartment is called 'Freights`s Bay and is a popular surfing spot. Lessons are given by local pros at attractive rates. And for simply relaxing, reading a book, and having a cool drink, your pool deck is the perfect place with a fantastic view of the South Coast.

Notes: We provide everything for a comfortable Barbados Vacation, The 18 cu ft stainless steel fridge is equipped with an ice maker. The living area is cooled by a ceiling fan and floor fans. Wireless internet lets you use your laptop indoors or on the pool deck, where there is also an electrical outlet(110volts) for a computer, CD/radio etc. Maid service is provided twice per week, and clothes washing, ironing can be arranged at a reasonable rate. We also can arrange for Car Rental, book Attractions such as sailing, diving, or Island Tours , free of commissions. Due to high costs and restrictions on bringing surfboards by most airlines, it is suggested that surfboards be rented instead.There are a number of pros who rent board of all sizes, at reasonable rates.

Honeymoon in paradise

Just in the final hour of our honeymoon before we head to the airport. So sad to be leaving after a wonderful, idyllic week. Apartment was everything we hoped it would be - and more. Perfect romantic setting for a honeymoon - as secluded and private as you want it to be but within easy reach of nightlife when you want to head out. Weather has been fantastic; in fact sometimes too hot sitting by the pool because the garden is so sheltered. But beach is an easy 10 minute walk, and there you have breeze and all the amenities you need.
Getting around is very easy - jump on a bus to St Lawrence Gap for restaurants (1.50 Barbados dollars each) and cab back at night (25 Barbados dollars). Food, drink etc all very cheap if you are used to English prices! Taxi drivers all friendly and helpful - especially if you get a guy called Cookie (but be prepared for him to sing to you!).
Apartment is wonderfully clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Owners of the apartment, Peter and Nilsa (hope I have spelt that right) are fantastic. They live above and are so friendly, sociable and helpful - although not to the point where they are obtrusive or make you feel like you are being watched. They, as much as anything, have helped make this the perfect holiday.
We have no hesitation is recommending this apartment to anyone and would certainly come back here if/when we visit Barbados again.

The perfect vacation spot

We were welcomed warmly and made to feel right at home. The waves are perfect for learning how to surf. The setting is very quaint, quiet and romantic; beautiful in every aspect. The hosts are available whenever needed, for any and all kinds of assistance. Can't wait to return!

THE BEST TIME EVER!!!!!

The first thing we noticed about the Cotton Cliff is that the pictures and the description doesn’t depict the real portrait of the place, in fact the reality is way more interesting. This place is the most wonderful love nest that you can imagine: quiet and extra clean with large bedroom, kitchen and living room, comfortable king size bed, private backyard with pool, sunny (and almost private) beach just down the stairs, great surfing spot for beginners and surf lessons and the best of all is that you can enjoy a superb sunset view every night. The owners, Neilsa and Peter (and their dog Winston), are very welcoming and gave us great tips on what to do and what to see in Barbados. We spent the most relaxing, fulfilling, and fun time ever. The apartment is located just few minutes walk from Hoistin where you can find all you need; restaurant, supermarket, bars, gym and more. We have been charmed by the Cotton Cliff and wouldn’t recommend anything else. As rare as it seems, we found more than what we expected. The worst part of the trip was the “leaving” part where we had to go back to cold, windy, snowy Canadian weather.

We had a blast there and are looking forward to go back again soon.

What a Find!

We stayed here for 1 week at the beginning of June 08. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing stay here. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners Pete & Neilsa are very helpful & friendly, but also respect your privacy and do not intrude on you at any time. The Sea views from the pool are excellent and its not too far to walk to Oisitins for provisions. We would definately recommend you give this villa a try.
I also need to say a special hello to Winston from Julie & Ian from England (we really miss seeing him every day)!!!

Great time at Cotton Cliff Apartment

We would highly recommend this private apt! Great location on the South coast - 5 min to Oistins, 10 min to St. Lawrence Gap, 15 min from airport. The kitchen is stocked very thoughtfully with everything for cooking. King bed and a/c - made for great sleeping! Pool and beautiful views of the ocean can't be beat. Bath water was hot and plentiful! The gracious owners were very accomodating and helpful! We are going to miss breakfast on the patio with the little mooch bird.
