Le Bicocche is a holiday farm which sits at the foot of Montemagno about 10 km from the sea. It is located in the hinterland of Versilia on the old provincial ' Francigena road which passes through Camaiore originally an ancient Roman fort and proceeds to Lucca. The property is situated in the midst of unforgettable natural scenery offering the visitor a wide choice of scenery: the sea of Versilia with its fine sandy beaches, the mountains of Garfagnana, Massaciuccoli lake and many other places of special interest. Our farmhouse offer everything you need for a peaceful holiday in complete relax. For those who love peace and quite you can sit and enjoy our large garden and the surrounding countryside rich in Mediterranean plants. Art lover can easily reach the cities of Florence, Lucca ,Pisa and Massa important historical centres.

Wunderschönes Haus - ideal für Selbstversorger

Wunderschönes,traditionelles, toskanisches Haus (erbaut 1847) eingebettet in einer herrlichen Landschaft mit sehr gepflegtem, großen Garten.
Das Haus ist ideal eingerichtet für Familie mit Kindern, die Küche ist gut für die Selbstversorgung ausgestattet. Moderne Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und großer Kühlschrank sind in sehr gutem Zustand vorhanden. Das Appartement ist mit sehr viel liebevollen Details ausgestattet.

Der Pool (sehr groß) und die Poolanlage sind sehr schön und gepflegt und gewähren viel Privatshpäre.
Die Wassertemperatur des Pools ist mit ca. 27 C erfrischend, leider gibt es keine Auflagen für die Liegen, die Sesseln sind nur beschränkt bequem.

Die dazügehörige Terasse befindet sich im Garten, somit ist kein direkter Zugang seitens Appartement möglich und nur über die steilen Treppen erreichbar.

Das Klima ist sehr angenehmen, abends kühlt es zumeist angenehm ab.

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und nett und hätten sicher viele Tipps für die Umgebung für Diejenigen die italienisch sprechen.

Wir haben sehr schöne hier Ferien verbracht.

Schöne Lage, tolle Wohnung super Pool
Sehr nette Vermieter (die leider nur italienisch sprechen)
Leider gibt es Frösche, die in der Nacht sehr laut sind
Strommast vor dem Haus
Steile Stufen in die Wohnung
