Beautiful Cottage in rural Charente for up to10 with disabled facilities

The self-contained Studio Gite is available for Holidays with self catering facilities and sleeping up to 5 people on 2 floors. There is a fully equipped Kitchen with all crockery and utensils plus a shower room and toilet together with a comfortable sitting area and a secluded garden to relax in. Plus we have a lovely spa pool in the main garden. We offer the Gite for rental at 450¬ per week throughout the year. We also have further accommodation offering Bed and Breakfast and sleeping up to 5 with full disabled facilities including shower and toilets. We offer this complete with breakfast for 20¬ per person per night (a weekly rate is negotiable if required). The B and B unit can also be booked along with the Gite to provide accommodation for up to 10 people at a weekly rental of ¬750. We offer an optional Evening Meal to all our Guests at a reasonable price. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please note all our prices remain the same throughout the year.

The self-contained Studio Gite is available for Holidays with self catering facilities and sleeping accommodation for up to 5 people on 2 floors. There are 3 single beds on the 1st floor Mezzanine bedroom and a bed settee in the Lounge area. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, gas hob, grill and microwave oven, all crockery and cooking utensils. A fully equipped shower room is adjacent. We offer the Gite for rental at 450¬ per week throughout the year. Outside there is a beautiful pool situated in the grounds with Hydro massage jets and underwater lighting, a paved surround and sun loungers plus a shade area and BBQ completes the relaxing atmosphere. The Gite can be booked separately or included with our B&B unit to provide accommodation for up to 10 people at a weekly rental of 750¬ We offer an optional Evening Meal to all our Guests at a reasonable price All bed linen and towels are provided There is no seasonal price increases.

To the north are the famous parks of Puy de Fou, a fabulous themed Park and Futuroscope that is near Poitiers, both within easy reach. To the west there is the coast of the Charente Maritime, with the beautiful old port of La Rochelle and lovely sandy beaches. Just a short distance to the east are the lakes of Central France and the Vienne River with plenty of places for fishing or just relaxing by the water, or if you like something a little more adventurous try some rafting or canoeing. Then to the south and south west is Cognac and the world renowned vineyards of Remy Martin, Martel and Courvoisier to name but a few, There are guided tours of the famous vineyards followed by a tasting of the famous liqueur. But, all around the area are beautiful villages, stunning Chateaux, rolling countryside and amazing views, all complementing the pretty towns of Ruffec and Mansle and the beautiful city of Angouleme.
