Fantastic complex of XVII sec with private and independent home rentals in Le Marches region. 'Ca Battista' which dates from the 16th Century is located a few moments from Cagli, close to the historical, medieval cities Urbino (25 min), Gubbio- Umbria (30 min), Arezzo-Tuscany (1hr 30min Assisi (50 min), Perugia (1hr), Città di Castello (1hr) and it is about 25 miles from the Adriatic sea where CROATIA can easily be reached (2 hr) and about 1.5 miles from the world famous white truffle 'capital' of Acqualagna. Ca Battista is surrounded by rolling hillsides and by fields of wheat and sunflowers. There are 16 hectares of woods which harbor both white and black truffles throughout the year. There is use of a large sun-drenched swimming pool open till 25th of October that has views of the breathtaking panorama. Gola del Furlo.     We'll love to have tourist in these months, because the weather is fantastic with 25°/30° and the swimming pool is open. This is the best period to enjoy the country. I really suggest you!!! The colours are magic and the sun is really hot. Peace and no traffic around the road.

Italian fashion's outlet: in the area there are many place where Italian stylist dress and shoes made You can reach the Adriatic coast in 30 minutes (Fano-Pesaro), and the fantastic coast of Conero in 1 hour and a half. Croatian can also be easily reached from Ancona. We have 2 beautiful rivers Bosso and Burano where is possible to swim like in the natural and fresh swimming pool.

Truffle: This area is very rich of white and black truffle. The house is surrounded by truffle's oaks.

Restaurant: Two times a week, on Saturday and on Wednesday it is possible to eat in a typical restaurant located in other place (2km), where is possible to eat hand made food and drink a special wine.

Other Activities: SWIMMING IN THE RIVERS BOSSO-BURANO AND FASHION SHOPPING.

Me and my husband recently went to the annual truffle fair and stayed in Simonetta's sunrise apartment. We had a truly enjoyable experience and managed to buy fresh truffles from the area. This was recommended by the owner who knows the area and the local people very well and was able to advise us on where to eat and what activities to do in the area.

We mostly enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset over the 25 Hectars of land. The winterskies was painted amazing shades of red, pinks and oranges. After watching the sunset we opened a lovely bottle of local redwine and started our fresh pasta and truffle cooking in the very homely and authentic italian kitchen.

The apartment was clean, homely and the owner managed to combine modern and rustic decor to make this place truly unique.

The owner speaks English and seems to be well respected in the area. I will miss the hot fire and smell of freshly brewed italian coffee.
This was truly an amazing holiday and I feel I have seen a true and untouched part of Italy.

I would recommend the local shopping from many italian designer outlet stores...any girls dream, handbags and shoes to die for.

We plan to go back in the summer and take our friends for two blissful weeks of sun and cocktails by the poolside with breathtaking views.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it if you want to feel refreshed and revived from all the hard work and city life.

Very nice and tasteful renovated old cottage with extraordinary view over the hills from the swimmingpool!!!!!
aooartments have all own terraces surrounded by an old age tree population. Very friendly owner and a good own wine - we had the possibility to use his garden to get fresh salads!!
