This superb villa offers excellent accommodation in one of the most breathtaking settings on the island. It is on a private plot of 8000 meters with over sixty mature palm trees which provide a tropical atmosphere and frame the panoramic sea views. The location is ideal, only three minutes drive to either the picturesque port in Puerto del Carmen or the exclusive marina at Puerto Calero. Either can also be reached by a twenty minute walk along a Costal path. Many of the islands best restaurants are within a few minute drive and the miles of golden beaches and amenities in Puerto Del Carmen are nearby. For the added protection of small children the swimming pool is walled and gated.

The prestigious and sophisticated marina at Puerto Calero is only a three minute drive from the villa. It is the first and most famous marina on Lanzarote. It was designed and built to attract the worlds most glamorous super yachts and offers an accordingly sophisticated atmosphere. Many exclusive regattas are hosted here and attract members of the Spanish royal family along with famous sports people. A variety of restaurants are located along the waterfront with charming views of the hustle and bustle of the marina. Shops and a supermarket are on site and a selection of excellent excursions leave from the marina. They include a submarine diving adventure, catamaran sailing, big game fishing and the possibility of chartering yachts and luxury cruisers. The main resort of Puerto Del Carmen is a few minutes drive from the villa and is home to five kilometers of spectacular, golden beaches and a wide choice of nightlife.

Notes: Exterior; The exterior of this property is fabulous and very private. The sea views are magnificent and the tranquility is unbeatable. Doors from the living room and kitchen lead out to the covered terrace which provides welcome shade in this sunny part of the island and is lit at night. There is a luxurious, six- setter Jacuzzi/Hot Tub tucked in a sheltered and private corner where guests can relax and unwind with a cool drink, while enjoying the view. The terrace has a comfortable dining area with teak furniture and a gas barbecue, providing an idyllic setting for al fresco dining and entertaining. This area overlooks the impressive swimming pool which is set within a walled terrace and is gated to provide added security for small children. It measures 10x5 meters, is entered by roman steps and has a separate heated child’s pool at one end. Puerto Del Carmen- can be reached in three minutes by car or a walk along the coastal road, The old, picturesque harbour offers many restaurants.

Sailing and Fishing Trips: SAILING - For a day out sailing the prestigious Puerto Calero offers either private yacht or speed boat charters or a day out on a 80ft Catarmaran. FISHING - You can always go fishing either from in front of the property or go out on a boat from Puerto Calero.

Golf: The 18 hole golf course is in Costa Teguise set at the foot of an old volcano, surrounded by 3000 palms, cactus and beautiful views to the sea. Group or individual classes are available from one of the two golf professionals.

Water Sports: Lanzarote is ideal for water sports and boasts a good range. WINDSURFING - This is available from Puerto Del Carmen just 5 mins drive away. Costa Teguise being just 15 mins away has numerous places where you can hire equipment and have a great sail. SEA KAYAK - This is available in Costa Teguise DIVING - . There are numerous places for diving on the island the nearest to the propery is at Puerto Calero/Puerto Del Carmen. KITE SURFING - is increasing growing here and Famara beach is the main place to sail here. SURFING - best waves are either off East Coast Arrieta beach or Punta Mujeres or West Coast at Famara. You can have lessons and hire equipment at Famara.

This is a truly stunning villa with everything you could possibly need, the location is superb where it is rural so you can play music loudly withot disturbing anyone but also close enough to bars and restaurants.

There were 3 couples in our party and we all loved it.

Whenever we needed to speak with the owner they were very helpful and the service was excellent.

The villa was well maintained and the weekly maid service was very good.

I highly recommend the Amura restaurant in Puerto Calero harbour - stunning!!
