Brilliant apartment ideal location = Great hol!

Gill & Mo, we had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was superb, it's furnished beautifully, very comfortable, the best ever apartment we have stayed in in Alvor. We couldn't believe how well equipped it is, everything we needed was there. The pool is great, nice size, with sunloungers in abundance. The location of your apartment is unbeatable, nice and quiet, just a stroll over to the beach and likewise Alvor centre. You both made the booking process so easy, stress and worry free, any questions we had you answered quickly. We appreciate all the extra information you provided, plus the additional info in the apartment. The most important thing was that your info was accurate, it all helped to enhance our holiday. The transfer you booked from and to the airport was so easy, it was there waiting for us when our flight landed. The car hire info you gave us was handy, we rented a car for a few days and were able to get to visit the Sierra de Monchique, the mountains were great and we saw acres of Cork trees growing along the route up to the summit. We stopped off and had a wonderful lunch at Jardim de Oliviera, the setting there was so tranquil, well worth a visit. We also visited Silves, Sagres and Vale de Bishpo all so beautiful. We also used public transport which was easy to use and cheap. The new shopping centre in Portimao was great. Thank you both once again we will be in touch to book with you again for our next holiday, can't wait!

Owner's Response: Hi to you both! It's great to hear that you had such a fantastic holiday and that you found the apartment to be so comfortable and well equipped. Creature comforts are so important! We would certainly agree that the pool is great, indeed with many sun loungers available at any one time. The pool showers are pretty handy too. It's good to hear that you found the apartment to be quiet and that you were not disturbed during your stay. Without a doubt our apartment is very well located in a much sought after area of Alvor. The beach is a comfortable stroll away as is the centre of Alvor everything you need is to hand. We often stroll over to the beach in the morning exploring as we walk its sunny sparkling golden length as the waves lap in and out before choosing a spot to relax upon and soak up the suns warm rays. We have spent many a lazy afternoon relaxing by the pool dipping in for a cool down before settling back down in the sunshine for the next chapter of a good book. We are pleased that you found the taxi transfer we organised for you to be so convenient. It all helps to take the stress and worry away during pre-holiday planning. We see you followed our recommendation to take a trip up into Sierra de Monchique,the mountains are breathtaking. We have had many a good lunch at Jardim de Oliveira, good food with a whole host of variety. It is interesting on the way up to the summit to observe the cork trees, they look so different before and after harvesting their cork. It's amazing how quickly it grows back! Cork is one of Portugal's main exports. You certainly got about quite a bit with your visits to so many places. The highway provides easy access throughout the Algarve. Public transport is so conveniently located near the apartment, makes life so much easier. The new shopping centre in Portamao "Azure" provides all the usual shops and designer brands you would expect to see. It's even bigger than the Algarve Shopping centre located in Albufeira. You are most welcome to come back and stay at our apartment again, don't forget we are only at the end of an email, text or telephone it's so simple to get in touch.
