The apartments are the perfect self-catering summer holiday rental, within 100 metres of the beautiful Carvoeiro beach and within a few minutes walking distance of restaurants shops and bars. There are other beaches within walking distance which offer seclusion and the the local amenities enable a choice of peace and tranquility or fun and activity. There is no need for a car as everything is on your doorstep, including a doctors, dentist and chemist. There is a good bus and taxi service, several golf courses nearby as well as a tennis club, gym and horse riding. There is good evening entertainment for those who want it with renowned venues.

Apartment 'B' is a 2 bedroom,2 bathroom apartment which sleeps 4.This apartment has 2 double bedrooms the main bedroom is en-suite it has twin beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The second bedroom also has twin beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The en-suite bathroom has shower cubicle, W.c.,bidet and basin in vanity unit. The family bathroom has bath with shower, W.c.,bidet & basin in vanity unit. The kitchen is totally seperate and equipped with electric oven and mixed hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, utensils, table and chairs. The living room has 2 sofa's, one of which opens into a double bed, an easy chair a T.V. and DVD. Doors open onto balcony overlooking town and beach square. The balcony has table and chairs. There is also a roof terrace reached by lift or stairs, ideal for sunbathing, overlooking the town and sea. There is an underground car-park included in our apartment if you wish to use a car during your stay.

• Prices are per apartment per week.
  The 2 bed apartment is based on 4 person occupancy, thoughit is equipped to sleep 2 extra persons, which would cost an additional £80 per week, for each extra person.
  We charge a £100 returnable security deposit for damage indemnity.

Property Management

The apartments are locally managed, so that any problems can be addressed immediately. Our representative also manages an apartment complex close by, which has a very nice swimming pool which our guests are able to use,(for a small fee).

Special Interest holidays

The Carvoeiro Clube de tennis is open top non residents, and water sports,The school of Wind Surfing at Praia Grande Ferragudo is just 10 minutes drive away.Big Game fishing/Dolphin watching trips can be booked with the tourist office near the Carvoeiro beach. Horse riding is just outside Lagoa on the n125 road towards Albufeira.

Golf Information:

Carvoeiro is an excellent location for golf enthusiasts. There are 2 courses in Carvoeiro,Quinta do Gramacho and Pinta, and there is a 9 hole course on the vale do Milho estate. Other championship courses are Penina and Palmares which are a 30 minute drive away, and Villamoura 35 minutes drive away. Quinto do Largo and Vale do Lobo 40 minutes drive away.
