Fantastic 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suites) villa set in 4 acres of private grounds, surrounded in olive and almond groves. Villa situated in sought after area of Javea with breath taking views of Mount Montgo and surrounding countryside yet a 5- 10 minute drive to sandy beaches. A real get away from it all location, but minutes away from all local amenities. The villa is totally private, has great accommodation for 10 people and 2 cots. Large fully fitted modern kitchen with island and dining area. Large secluded covered outdoor eating area. Modern lounge area which is fully air conditioned. All bedrooms are large, fully furnished to high standard and fully air conditioned. 4 fully equipped bathrooms. Three bedrooms upstairs have access to covered balcony with stunning views and sunsets. A beautiful pool with jumping board and shallow area with steps for toddlers and a very large patio area will make this villa a perfect environment for families to have a very relaxed holiday.

Javea is situated on the east coast of Spain. It has lovely sandy beaches , some large and some beautiful tiny coves and a couple of small rocky beaches. Many great restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. Javea not only has great beaches, but a thriving port and a lovely old town which is very historic and relatively unspoilt. The area is well sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo and bathed by the Mediterranean sea. The villa is greatly placed to visit all these areas being a very short car journey away.

Javea has own golf course with the famous 18 -hole la sella which is a 5 minute drive away. There are further golf courses available nearby details on request. We are situated 6 mins from La Marine shopping, bowling and cinema complex. Summerhouse villa is situated in the very desirable area known as Las Valls which has now been declared an area of natural beauty and restricted development in the area is controlled.

Excellent Family Break

We enjoyed an excellent family holiday here in August this year. The villa is very well equipped and is decorated to a very high standard. The outdoor pool is fantastic and my three children aged, 11, 8 and 5 made great use of it. This property is secluded but it is still within easy reach of Javea, Moraira and Calpe. The master bedroom and bedrooms on the upper floors have a lovely linking outdoor balcony which is a particular feature. We found a number of good restaurants in Javea itself but there were several closer to the villa which we did not get to try. A car is essential as there are no facilities within walking distance but if you are looking for a great villa in a quiet location with fantastic views then you cannot go wrong here! There are a number of excellent supermarkets within 10 minutes and the beach at Arenal is worth a visit but does get very busy. The one recommendation I would make is to arrive during the daylight hours as it was rather difficult to find the villa initially and would be almost impossible to find first time after dark! That said it is definitely worth a visit and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

we have just returned from 1 weeks hoilday. the villa is set in a beautiful location, not too far from local shops bars and places to eat. there where ten of us staying there and we had loads of room. the villa is beatifuly decorated and clean and every thing there you could want. The pool area is big and spacious and the kids had a great time. Thanks again for the rent of the villa. jody
