The centre of Cala D’Or and Cala Egos are just a few minutes drive away. The accommodation is constructed on two levels; on the ground floor there is a hallway with seating area leading to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both having doors to the patio and a family bathroom. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished and benefits from a feature open fire place giving good ventilation in the summer. There is a separate fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. External stairs lead to the third bedroom which as a large balcony and a full bathroom en-suite. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV, DVD Player and Stereo system. Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms, with a small additional charge.
