This truly magnificent house stands in extensive grounds and offers excellent privacy with plenty of room for children to play on the lawns. The beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente plus the old town of Pollensa are just a few minutes drive away. The accommodation is on two levels and comprises, on the ground floor of; one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with quality furnishings, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units. These share a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The impressive, spacious living / dining is very comfortable and benefits from good quality furniture. From the dining area there is access to a large fully fitted breakfast kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob. The washing machine is housed in a separate utility room. A feature spiral staircase leads to the master double bedroom having en-suite toilet, fitted wardrobes and an air conditioning unit.

Pollença has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example. Or visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenç or Cala Castell, these you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.
