Our apartment is located directly opposite the Telecabine at La Panthiaz, connecting to Torgon in Switzerland, Chatel in France and the entire Port du Soleil ski area, the biggest connected ski area in the world. With 650 km's of skiing, 278 runs and 214 km's of cross country (starts approx. 200mtrs away). The area offers amazing possibilities throughout the year including walking, touring, mountain biking etc and regularly hosts world class events such as Tour De France, Mount Blanc rally etc. The apartment is brand new and fitted out to a very high standard. Specification includes dishwasher, oven and hob, coffee-maker, fridge freezer, washing machine / dryer, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player/ radio, satellite television, storage room for ski's, boots etc, there are two pairs of patio doors in the main living room area opening to the outside patio area where you can sit and take in the beautiful mountain views.

Notes to the rental rates

• Booking – Once you have chosen which period you wish to stay and contacted us, we will confirm availability, we then require 25% deposit or the full amount if booking within 8 weeks of departure. Once the deposit has been received on our account your booking will be confirmed.
  Payment – Payment is to be made by bank transfer. Once the 25% deposit has been paid, the final balance will be required no later than 8 weeks before the holiday is due to commence. If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and retain the booking deposit.
  Security Deposit – This is payable on collection of the key in France (€250) and will be refunded at the end of your stay subject to there being no damage after deducting cleaning costs (see below)
  
• Cleaning will be charged at €40 at the end of your stay.

Area notes

The area is stepped in history and at one time had only one Town, nearby Abondance it was originally just a farming town and then the last stop before the Swiss border, famous for its Cheese and it's Abbey, both of these remain today and whilst areas have been built on it still retains its original charm, you can very quickly drive, ski, cycle or walk to areas where you can be at one with nature and enjoy amazing views for miles.

Skiing Information:

Fantastic skiing location directly opposite the Apartment via the Telecabine at La Panthiaz, then up to Col de Braitaz Conche at 1790 metres then down to Togon in Switzerland or on to Chatel and the Portes Du Soleil ski area, there is a ski bus service taking you to Chatel or La Chappell D'Abondane own ski area etc, Cross Country skiing starts just the other side of the Telecabine car park and follows the river for many miles up and down the Valley.
