This large newly built house in the typical style of the Perigord is fully equipped and comfortable. The house is situated near Beynac and St. Cyprien. At 18 km from Sarlat. Ideally located to discover the beauty of the Dordogne. It has a private pool of 6x12m (completely fenced in and with a child-proof lock). Access for handicapped people and with 4 en-suite bedrooms. The villa is situated in the heart of the Perigord Noir and has a lovely view over fields. Historical sites are already within 5 km such as the Chateau of Milandes. St. Cyprien is the nearest town (7 km), with the famous Sunday market. Here you will find the supermarket, pharmacy and other shops. Various restaurants are nearby with the famous foie gras, magret de canard etc. There is a 'Ferme Auberge' in the next village Marnac. The famous town Sarlat is at 18 km, Beynac at 10 km and a lot of other tourist attractions within 20 km from the house.
