Effectively a 3 bedroom suite in a top class hotel, but at a much lower price. Facilities include 24 hour reception and concierge, Gym, Communal pool and Jacuzzi, Restaurant / Bar, Convenience store, Spa (opening Spring 2008) Internet connectivity. Apartment incorporates fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops for those who wish to self cater, whirlpool hot-tub with mood lighting in master bedroom suite, free wall safe inside the walk-in wardrobe, full air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, private balcony. Large living / dining room with 50' TV. Further TVs in each bedroom. For retail therapy the Lake Buena Vista Factory shopping outlets are right next door. No extra charges for school holidays.

Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Shopping is right next door. Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are approximately one hour away. Orlando International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car. There are an abundance of top quality golf courses in the area - too plentiful to mention.

Great location close to everything.

Upscale complex. Well-furnished, pristine three bedroom apartment. Helpful staff. Excellent amenities.

Owner was easy to work with by email.

Our three generational family (from Connecticut and Tuscany, Italy) all found that the accommodation exceeded our expectations.

Definitely recommend.

We just returned from Florida having spent 7 days in this condo. There were four of us and we found it spacious, clean and a great place to come home to every night. We used the two pools, ate at the Irish restaurant and ordered pizza from the Express Pizza Hut, all on the premises. The outlet mall next door was also handy and there's a Walmart within walking distance. The shuttles to all the parks were very handy as well. We would definitely stay here again, and the owner was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to emails.

Property was very clean and very well maintained. We where a group of 4 men for a week golf trip and where very satisfied with the location, layout and amenities. The owner was great to deal with and we highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Our family of 5 stayed in this spacious and spotless apartment for 8 days. Apartment was superb,exactly as described. It's location is less than 20 minutes from disney and you have a shopping outlet a few yards away across the parking lot. The Irish pub on site is good and has entertainment some nights. The pool is small but had good shelter from the afternoon sun for the children. Overall we were very happy and the owner was available by email if we needed him.
