All year round self catering traditional stone built end terraced cottage having open views from both the front and rear of the property. It is situated in the Peak National Park near to the Manifold Valley with numerous walks through beautiful countryside. The cottage is one of 25 newly built on a small development within the peak district park and is situated only a short distance by car from Alton Towers theme park. Downstairs there is a hallway with cloakroom/wc , a large lounge/dining room having French doors leading out to the patio area and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bathroom with over bath shower and two bedrooms (1 king-size and 1 double). A further flight of stairs leads to the third bedroom which has a large double sofa bed. There is off-road parking to the front of the property and a small garden to the rear with outdoor table, chairs and sun canopy.

The property is located within the Peak District park near to Ashbourne. It is a short walk to the Manifold Valley which is an area of outstanding natural beauty where it is possible to walk or cycle. The path is completely flat so it is quite safe for all ages and abilities.
