Herdade das Pintas is a farmhouse surrounded by 400 hectares of land with a pool. You may rent the manor house which sleeps up to 8 in 4 comfortable bedrooms, enormous living room and terrace overlooking the property's lake. This way you can have your head re-winded for next working year to come. Although the inside of the house is equipped with anti-mosquito and fly electric repellents and window nets, It still exist outside as a typical farm with all kinds of animals.

The keeper can, by order – do all kinds of typical foods or just normal plain hamburgers... We promise you will be far away from “all of it” and your problems will certainly be flushed away. Give your self a try and I am sure you will come again next year! Not to mention the barbecue with local meat or fish. Enjoy the sunset in a spectrum of reds difficult to describe. Right in front of your eyes you have olive trees for olive oil. If you want and if, by chance, the owners of the property are there you can also come for a drink. You can have the luck of having last minute bookings and some discounts according to pre-reservation policy. Perfect for birdwatchers.

Rental rates for the farmhouse in Portugal

Notes to the rental rates

• Discounts for pre-reservations of: 3 months before check-in 5 %; 6 months before check-in 10 %. To realise a pre-reservation, 20 % of the total end-cost has to be paid to the landlord. The remaining 80 % of the end-cost has to be paid on arrival (against keys) - any further extras, by the end of every week.
  
• In case of cancellations or 'no-show' your reservation deposit of 20 % will be in favour of the Landlord. If the cancellation is made with more than 90 days before arrival, 50 % of the pre-reservation can be returned.
  
• Note: For the four weeks between 15th December and 15th January following prices are to be considered: a) for 1 week = Spring and autumn b) for 2 or more weeks Summer prices.
