This charming, 1 bed apartment with spacious, serene sun terraces accommodation couples and families and has full kitchen facilities to create for all tastes. The apartment boasts British Television and Euro sport, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, radio/CD player and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The terraces provide all day sun for the discerning sun worshiper and while relaxing you can enjoy stunning mountain views while hearing the quiet hubbub from below. With the unique resort setting you are a few steps from the Swimming pool, child play area and Sun loungers and the bustling pool bar. The resort has full laundry facilities, Internet access, Shop and two Snack Bars. The resort is family friendly and quiet at the desired times with the nightlife a stones throw from the resort entrance.

Malibu Park is situated in a peaceful San Eugenio resort 15 mins walk from the centre of the bustling Playa de las Americas. This area boasts many excellent restaurants, pubs and clubs by night and by day a lovely family friendly town thriving with activities along the water front and in the centre of town. For the visitors with a wandering spirit, the promenade along to the next town of Los Christianos is safe and beautiful with many watering holes along the way. The views from all around provide stimulation of every kind from beautiful mountain views to the crashing of the surf at the seafront. Those with holiday money to spend will love the variety of local shops providing a wide range of goods to sample and of course buy. Keeping the kids occupied is not a problem while in town for the day as they have crazy golf, trampolines, play areas and of course the fresh Atlantic Ocean to have a dip in to cool off. Jungle Park and Monkey world are only a short bus ride away.

Useful Info: There is a free bus which goes through the town centre and leaves from the resort every hour. Facilities in the apartment include iron and ironing board, toaster/kettle and coffee machine. The apartment has a hairdryer and lighted vanity mirror in bathroom. The apartment is cleaned before arrival and if staying for two weeks or more there will be a linen/towel change mid stay. Telephone in apartment receives incoming calls and can be used internally within resort. Pool bar has carry out service for meals. The pool area includes sun beds and parasols which are free to use. The pool bar has pool tables and various gaming machines, Sky sports and chart movies are shown on demand. Car hire to tour further afield can be arranged in reception and there are also various trips/excursions available to book daily. Quad biking and the Sky Park are very close to the resort. Below the resort is a wide variety of pubs, restaurants and also a large SPAR shop to cater for all needs.
