Notes to the rental rates

• Add 11% tourist tax to the rental amount. This price includes pool heat and cleaning after you vacate the house. This is a bonus as a lot of home owners charge more for these services. The owner prefers a maximum of 4 people and no children under the age of 4 yrs. Will accept US dollars pounds and Euros - Inquire re rates.
  This is an absolutely delightful spot for a quiet holiday, especially if you have just spent a week in Orlando! Come here and relax!!
  
• There is a 200 pound refundable security deposit required. This is returned once the home has been checked for any excessive cleaning or damage. 20% non refundable deposit required at time of booking. If there is a cancellation this may be returned at the discretion of the owner if a suitable rental can be obtained. Pub only 5 minutes away!

There is a brand new English Pub called the Pig and Whistle opening up May 2008 and this is just 5 minutes drive from the villa. This is a great bonus as most other restaurants are a 10-15 minute drive.

Golf and Places to Visit

If you are a golfer there are numerous golf courses within a short distance. The person renting out this house has a website that will be given to you and it lists all the golf courses as well as other places of interest near by. She will provide you a detailed list of places to visit once you book. If this home is not available, there may be other homes in the Port Charlotte area that could be available. Inquire.
