This villa is a self-catering romantic property . Fuerteventura has a very pleasant all year round climate, the averages being 15C in the winter and 24C in the summer. Near Caleta, approximately 12 mins drive inland to reach the Quiet village location, suitable for families and retired. A big swimming pool with Patio area and roof terrace with garden. you are also minutes from a lovely golf course. A car is not essential, though would be an advantage to enable you to explore this beautiful island. A taxi from the airport will cost 30 euros to our property. We are also able to offer an airport Meet & Greet service cost 25 euros payable locally to our English representative. (Transportation to the property is at your own expense). This private detached luxury villa sleeps up to 6 plus. At the pool side you can relax and enjoy the sun and the pleasant and surroundings.

Notes to the rental rates

• Cancellation Charges

  (less any applicable excess) under the terms of any insurance policy you may have. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
  Once we have received your booking form and booking deposit, we will, subject to availability, confirm your stay by issuing a confirmation invoice. This invoice will be sent to the party leader. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within 5 working days of our sending it out.
  
• You must provide us with your credit card details when paying your deposit (or sooner if travelling within two months). The cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) will be deducted by the management company and charged to your credit card at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required, your credit card and personal details will be destroyed.

Accommodation and Facilities for the villa on Fuerteventura, Canary Islands

Arrivals

Arrivals The Villa will be ready for occupation from 3.00pm local time on day of arrival. Our representative on the Island Trisha, a lovely English Expat can usually be available to meet you on arrival at Fuerteventura Airport and you can follow in your hire car as she directs you to the Villa. There is a charge payable directly to Trisha on arrival for this service currently €25. We are also available to offer a choice of two Welcome Food packs which contain basic provisions. Please enquire further with us at time of booking. If you do not wish to book car hire then there are plenty of taxis available immediately in front of the arrivals area. Cost transfer one way to villa by taxi is approx 25 euros.

Departure

Departure As per your agreement with us, you are required to depart from the property by 10.00am local time on your day of departure. Late checkout after 10.00am but before 4.00pm may be available. Please enquire when making your booking. There is a late checkout charge of £30.00. You must make arrangements with Trisha to hand her back the keys in time. There are only 1 set of house keys on the Island therefore if the keys are not returned to Trisha on your departure then a charge of £200 sterling will become payable and accordingly will be debited from your credit/debit card details retained by us.

Complaints and Problems

In the unlikely event that you have any reason to complain or experience any problems with your stay whilst away, you must immediately inform us. Any verbal notification must be put in writing and given to us as soon as possible. Until we know about a problem or complaint, we cannot begin to resolve it. Most problems can be dealt with quickly. For all complaints and claims, which do not involve death, personal injury or illness, we regret we cannot accept liability if you fail to notify the complaint or claim entirely in accordance with this clause. . Rules Please note that SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY PART OF THE VILLA, or on the patio area by the pool. This keeps the villa odour free and also avoids the trouble of the sophisticated smoke detectors being triggered by the cigarette smoke. If the Management Company discover evidence of smoking in the villa, this will be taken into account when assessing your “security/breakage deposit” and your co-operation is therefore requested.
