Luxury Self Catering two bedroom town house available for all year round rental short term and long term comprises a welcoming entrance hall leading into the fully equipped American Style kitchen. Off the kitchen is the open-plan lounge and dining room with Digital TV and DVD. Patio doors lead to the upstairs balcony with Pool and 'Spectacular Mountain Views'. Here there is seating for 6 people. To the left of the entrance hall is the Master Bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a King Size Bed. Adjacent to this is the luxurious bathroom with 'his and hers' wash basins, Jacuzzi, Shower, Bidet and WC. There is a further toilet / washroom on this floor. The ground floor has a Twin Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Here patio doors lead to the large, gated Private Patio area with table, chairs and sun-loungers and direct access to the pools and bar / restaurant. What a beautiful house!

The house has everything that you will need. It is spacious and homely. We went there with friends of ours and found we still had our own space. The two bathrooms were ideal for two couples.

We found the complex was relaxing in the day and had great entertainment at night. There is something for everyone to do and for all ages.

The resort was quiet but very nice. We especially liked the marina and nearby it is great to fish.

And if you like a stroll San-Blas is only a 20 minute walk away and there are plenty of Bars to visit on your way there.We can highly recomend the Little Britain bar where you will get a pint for 1 euro.

We also found that if you visit the fairways golfclub there is a small cafe called cafe Par where you can get an excellent fish chips and mushy peas that fills your plate all for 6 euros! This is highly recomended.

We will certainly return.

JUST BACK FROM A WEEK AT APARTMENT,IT WAS ALL YOU COULD WISH FOR AND MORE,SPOTLESS,KITCHEN WELL STOCKED WITH EVERY COOKING ITEM YOU NEED,VERY SPACIOUS,ALOT OF HOME COMFORTS,POOL AREA WAS GREAT KEPT 3 12 YEAR OLDS AMUSED,WHICH WAS TOPS!!!ALREADY LOOKING AT DATES TO GO BACK!!!

Perfect Holiday

This villa has a homely feel with all the modern cons and is very clean and tidy. A welcome pack was there when we arrived which was excellent.
Excellent on site facilities especially for chidren as the pools are close by, safe and very clean.
The Bar/Restaurant is ideally situated to this villa.
It is ideal for golfers with an excellent course nearby.
Local bars and restaurants are all within a dhort walking distance and the public transport is very convenient.
We would highly recommend it as a perfect family holiday resort to stay in.

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY WELL WORTH THE VISIT

Upon arrival at the airport we took a taxi which arrived at the house in roughly 10/15 mins. It costs roughly 15euro.

We entered the house and were suprised at the size. The pictures I must say do the house no justice. The master bedroom is beatifully decorated and arranged with large wardrobes and comfortable bed. At the side is a large family bathroom with round bath. Along a corridor is the fitted kitchen which has everything you need (and more) microwave/fridge/washing machine/oven & hob and every item of crockery you could need.

This then leads onto an open plan lounge area with the most beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area, with outside furniture for those tall drinks on a warm evening.

There is a TV in the lounge so even those who dont like to sit out,can sit in, and catch up on eastenders/corranation st. etc and not feel as though your missing out.

Downstairs is another bedroom with single beds,double wardrobes and another bathroom with bath. (great for the kids)

We are a family of 5 (13,11 & 7years) and we had loads of room.

Our holiday was enjoyed by all. The pools are clean and well kept, the onsite resturant/cafe/bar was very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed a nice walk to san blas shopping area to pick up all the shopping we needed.

There are regular buses just around the corner to all the major tourist towns/attractions and they are a doddle, no fuss at all.

We highly recommend this house and are currently arranging to go again.

If youve booked, youll have a great holiday. If youve not booked WHY NOT!!?
