The recently restored farm-villa of Segale lies among vineyards & olive trees, in the country-side of Lucca, in a particular position reputed to be one of the most panoramic and picturesque point in this area. As you enter in the property you are irresistibly attracted to the sunny and spacious surrounding, and above all to the magnificent panoramic view: the landscape of the plain of Lucca and its country-side with hills and the mountains behind, the area of Pisa, the coastal town of Livorno and the sea-line in the distance make Segale a place of peace & tranquility where you can spend your holiday in the truly natural atmosphere. From the vineyards just under the villa, they produce their own red vine “Segale” famous in the whole area. The millenary farm house mantain all the charm of its past combined with update comforts. The villa sleep 10 people in five bedrooms each one with en-suite bathroom. It is made up of two floors over 400sq m. Panoramic private pool 14x7.

All the bedrooms are on the first floor where it is a secondary entrance opened onto the garden and the pool area. Each bedroom is spacious and elegant furnished with appliancess and furnitures (end ‘800 – begin ‘900), bed in iron hand-forged by a famous italian artisan. The rooms are very light and each one has windows just make to made the people able to enjoy the beautiful view.

The kitchen area is leading onto a very panoramic pergola equipped with table and chairs, barbeque and an old marble sink.
