Spacious apartment on the fourth floor of a brand new block situated in a quiet part of Qawra just a few metres from the beach and amenities. Well looked after and regularly cleaned. Enjoys morning and afternoon sunshine, with front terrace overlooking the bay. Very spacious hall, living, dining and kitchen areas, with open sea views from the large windows. Spacious, air conditioned bedrooms, main one with ensuite bathroom. Separate main bathroom. All rooms are luxuriously furnished with brand new furniture. A sea-side resort in the north part of the island, Qawra is very popular with tourists as it provides the right combination of tranquility and entertainment, the ideal elements of a perfect holiday in any season. Its coastline promenade offers spectacular views of the historical St Paul's Islands and easily links Qawra to St Paul's Bay, a fishing village, Salina Bay, with its traditional salt pans, and Bugibba, a leisure and entertaining centre. A variety of hotels, pubs, restaurants, discos, a casino and lots of other amenities, including swimming pools, clinics, car rentals, shops, beauty salons, internet cafes and exchange bureaux, are within walking distance. As is also the public bus service which can take you on a regular schedule directly to and from a number of historic places like Valletta and Imdina, the Gozo ferry at Cirkewwa, sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay and Golden Sands Bay, and shopping and entertainment centres like Sliema and St Julians.

Stayed in Joseph's apartment July 2009 for 2 weeks- 3 adults. Apartment was lovely, had everything you required. Great seaview and very central for Bugibba/Qawra and only a few minutes from Bus Station- jump on the buses to explore the Island- buses may be old but prices cheap. We had not been to Malta for 14 years & really nothing much has changed- maybe a few new buildings but still very nice- would def come back. Thanks Joseph for all your help- see you soon

Excellent Accommodation

We needed a base in Qawra for family holiday and meeting with relatives staying nearby.
This apartment exceeded our expectations and was amazingly quiet at night.
The collection / delivery from and to airport was excellent.
The apartment was larger than anticipated, giving the whole family space (2 teenagers with us) - also room for entertaining 10 of us to dinner 3 times!! Easy cooking, dishwashing and all sorts of necessary supplies.
Near shops and seafront. Altogether a very relaxing experience.

Lovely apartment

My husband, myself and our two sons have recently returned from a holiday staying at this lovely apartment.

From the moment we first booked the apartment on the internet, the owner Joseph Portelli communicated with us regularly and answered any questions we had and nothing was too much trouble for him. This gave us reassurance.

The apartment was everything that we had hoped it would be. Very spacious, clean, well equipped and in a lovely location with sea views.There were many restaurants nearby and our three favourites were 'Rubens Drive inn' in Tamar Road which served the best steak, 'Kabana Indian' Tourist Street, and 'Mother Earth'
Tourist Street which served lovely Italian food.

Wonderful Holidays

This house is wonderful and offfers plenty of things inside and outside; a breathtaking view from the terrace and all is very proper and comfortable. It is very elegant and perfect for a large family like ours (6 Person, incl. 1 Baby). Many stores and restaurants are close to the property. An excellent rental for a very good price too! And Joseph is very nice Person too!!
