Charming villa in Florence hills in a natural park 4km from citycenter-Florence

Characteristic and elegant villa, located in a natural park at only 4 km from city center of Florence. The villa is wonderfully positioned and has an amazing view on Florence and the surrounding hills. It is a part of an ancient farm house , on several levels, which has been completely restored, keeping its original charm. The villa, furnished with antique furniture, is fully equipped. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a large living area with fireplace, a beautiful 'loggia ' overlooking Florence, a dining room for 10 persons. A large traditional kitchen is facing the terrace and the surrounding garden with olive trees . The villa is ideal for family or friend' s reunion and can lodge 8 up to 10 persons. City bus (n.43) is available at only 400 mt from the villa, even if a car is suitable. Walking and riding itineraries are availabe on the wood, nevertheless Florence is so near!
