The resort boasts a crabbing pier, walking trails, a natural pond, a tennis court, a fenced community clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a luxuriously-decorated entertainment/meeting hall with various indoor activities and a playground. This tastefully decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse features 2 Master bedrooms with ensuite, and, 2 other bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom, a formal living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are designed with an emphasis on comfort. 'The Bethel ' is located directly in front of the pond and a 3 min. walk from the community clubhouse. West Ocean City is the excellent location for families who want to be close enough to the beach without the crowd and noise. Bayside at Ocean City (BAOC) is a new upscale resort style community located just west of Ocean City. It is 4 miles from the OC boardwalk and about the same distance from the Assateague Island beaches, national and state parks. Assateague Island is famous for the wild ponies. There is a children’s playground, an outdoor pool, a modern clubhouse with an indoor pool, a state of the art fitness center; game room with pool table and arcade games within the community. Additionally, the resort offers tennis courts, a crabbing pier and a kayak launching dock. The use of these facilities is complimentary to our guests. Less than 1 mile from the resort is the water park and the Go-Kart family fun. The outlet shopping mall, a variety of restaurants and entertainment at the Village Centre in West Ocean City ensures that you enjoy yourself in this idyllic retreat.

Notes: The Bayside at Ocean City resort community is ideal for families, away from the crowds, traffic and noise, and with enough entertainment within the community. Yet, it is only 4 miles to beach at the inlet and boardwalk and only 2 miles of easy drive to Assateague Island, famous for wild ponies that roam the island and much less crowded than the beach. That means more room and more privacy on the Island to play for you and yours. It offers public bathrooms. You may even be able to drive on the Island for a fee. The public boat ramp is approx 2 miles away. If you don't want to drive to the beach at the inlet or the boardwalk, a free shuttle is available on weekends during peak season. Otherwise, you can drive 2 miles to Rt 50 and take a shuttle for $2.00 to avoid paid parking. Within short distances, you can: go to the movies, go shopping, go Kart racing, golfing, dining, and water sporting activities. Note: Linens and towels provided at nominal charge
