The villa has 2 large separate lounges, 6 bed rooms, 4 bathrooms and a large swimming pool with slide, Wendy house and double swing, two separate satellite TV systems, table tennis and pool table. A larger pool with restaurant, 2 tennis courts and child's play area is a 2 minute walk away with a great local shop a 1 minute walk away selling fresh vegetables, bread etc. This beautiful detached villa has all modern amenities and is perfectly situated in Moraira, The Costa Blanca North and just a few minutes drive from golf courses and many holiday activities. The busier towns of Javea, Denia, Calpe, Valencia and Benidorm are all within easy reach.

This luxury villa, with beautiful views of this lovely region of Spain has extensive 2,000 sq MT gardens and is on a basically flat plot. There are several seating and outside table areas in addition to the inside seating areas. The outside areas are flexible and interchangeable. There is so much to do in the area of Moraira that it is perfect for a dream holiday, so many cool things to do such as Aqualandia: Benidorm, Costa Blanca, Spain. This Water Park is home to wild, seemingly endless water slides and a multitude of water entertainments. It is located right next to Mundo Mar. Terra Mitica: Benidorm, Costa Blanca, Spain. This spectacular Theme Park was opened in 2001, and will transport you and your family back to the Roman and Greek eras. The attractions include water shoots, one of the biggest roller coasters in Europe, wild water raft rides and themed shows, all of which help to make this an unforgettable day out.
