Orcheta, modern town house, with use of pool situated near Villajoyosa
The property has one double bedroom and one twin bedded room. Family bathroom. Living / Dining Room and fully fitted kitchen. Each bedroom has its own private terrace, one with distant sea views and one with views over the mountains. Located just 2 minutes walk from the property is the village swimming pool, with a separate baby pool. Use of this facility is 2 euros a day. The property is situated in the delightful village of Orcheta. Travelling time to Alicante airport is approximately thirty minutes, and the beach at Villajoyosa is just fifteen minutes away. Orcheta (Orxeta) is a small village situated ten kilometres inland from Benidorm and Villajoyosa, nestling in amongst mountains which are regularly used by walkers. The village has several bars and restaurants together with a large communal swimming pool. In the nearby reservoir, carp are in abundance. During the spring you will find orchards full of ripening oranges and lemons. The sea is easily accessible.

Orcheta that has several shops including a bakers, butchers and various cafe/bars. A 15 minute drive (10km) will take you to the beautiful beach at Villajoyosa with seafront restaurants and bars and of course the chocolate museum and factory. The harbour is at one end where, each evening, you can buy fresh seafood when the fishing boats come in at 5pm. A further 10 minute drive brings you to Finestrat Commercial Centre near Benidorm that has a fine shopping mall with various supermarkets. There are plenty of activities in the area from fishing in the nearby reservoir (licence required from Orcheta town hall), numerous golf courses within a short drive, mountain biking and walking are all possible.
