If you are seeking peace and tranquillity with beautiful ocean views for either two or four people ,this these are the apartments for you. There are numerous bars restaurants and shops, only a ten minute walk away in Golf del Sur as well as a frequent bus service to Los Christianos ,Playa las Americas or Santa Cruz, should you wish to venture further afield. These front-line apartments look directly over the coastal foot path and out to sea, (some 30m away),and are opposite the entrance to the new San Miguel Marina. There are fantastic sunrises and sunsets visible from the south facing, sunny, terrace with its sun-loungers, mattresses and outside table and chairs. The apartments are surrounded by the prestigious Amarilla Golf Club, and adjacent to the Golf Del Sur course, Convenient too for the beautiful fishing village of Los Abrigos , Although only 10 minutes transfer time from the airport,we are not under the flight path as so are not bothered by loud aircraft noise

This sea front apartment is located in Pebble Beach Village within the Amarilla Golf and Marina area The harbour is a short pleasurable stroll from the apartment which is surrounded by the prestigious Amarilla Golf Course, and adjacent to the Golf Del Sur golf course. There is a local bus service and car hire with is ample parking space available. The new San Miguel marina and a wide selection of good restaurants are comfortably within walking distance, with the the very famous fishing village of Los Abrigos-(considered to be the home of the finest fish restaurants on the island ) some 40 minutes walk along the coastal path. You will have access to a choice of three swimming pools all of which are within a few minutes walk away. Local activities include swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, golf, wind-surfing, surfing, fishing, horse riding, water skiing, diving, mountain biking, and paragliding. ( Sailing, diving and horse riding tuition are also available nearby !!)
