Large stone built Country House in Lloret de Vistalegre with private pool
This fantastic country house is situated on a small hill outside the village of Lloret de Vistalegre with sweeping, panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the pretty village. Set in it's own private gardens, it is the epitome of peace and tranquility. The villa has just been meticulously refurbished to the highest standard resulting in a luxurious and well equipped property with air-conditioning and heating. The bedrooms upstairs have been designed to make the most of the incredible views. The large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen are perfect for relaxed dining and entertaining. Outside is a large terrace with table and chairs and a large private pool surrounded by wonderful landscaped gardens and fruit trees.

Lloret is a traditional Mallorquin farming village set around a beautiful central square. Here there are bars and a couple of restaurants - all within walking distance of the villa. A 5 minute drive will take you to the town of Sineu with it's abundance of bars and restaurants and it's renowned market on a Wednesday is not to be missed. The house is very centrally located - just a 30 minute drive will take you into the centre of Palma and in the opposite direction a 20 minute drive to the beach resort of Can Picafort with all the amenities you would expect of a lively beach resort - not withstanding the the miles of white sandy beaches.
